Is this an in-person or hybrid event?

This event is a hybrid event featuring the Live2Lead global conference via simulcast and local speakers in person. The post-event mingle will be in person at the event location.

The Global Live2Lead 2025 is hosted in Orlando, Florida, in the USA, and it is shown in over 300 locations globally.

The location for the local hybrid event in Sweden is Uni3 by Geely, Pumpgatan 1, 417 55, Gothenburg.

Will the international speakers be physycally present in Gothenburg?

The global speaker will be on screen out of the US for all the Live2Lead sites around the world. They will not be physically present in Gothenburg, Sweden.

The local host and panel participants will be in person at the event location.

When does the event begin and ends?

The registration starts at 12:00 local time and the event begins at 13:00 on October 23, 2025.

The main event end time is set for 17:00, but it is subject to change.

Is any food and drinks included?

Tea and coffee will be served during the registration and breaks.

Where should I stay?

The event location is in the heart of Gothenburg with great connections to every part of the city. We recommend you stay with the Clorion Hotel The Pier just steps away from where the event is located for a smooth experience.

Is there a return policy?

We are unable to provide refunds for this event, but you can pass on the ticket to a colleague or friend.
