BYBV AB is a leadership development company based in Gothenburg, Sweden. Through our websites and platforms, we offer:

  • Free content, including articles, newsletters, and resources
  • Leadership assessments and quizzes (via ScoreApp and PeopleKeys)
  • Online courses and digital products (delivered via Kajabi)
  • Group programs, including the Lead UP Masterminds
  • Individual coaching and advisory services
  • Workshops, keynotes, and corporate training

Certain services are available to all website visitors. Other services require registration, application, or payment. Specific terms for paid services are outlined below.

Important distinction:
These Terms cover the use of our websites and online services. Corporate training programs, consulting engagements, and other tailored services are governed by separate agreements negotiated directly with the client organization.

  1. Website Use

By using our websites, you agree that you will not:

  • Modify, copy, prepare derivative works of, decompile, or reverse engineer any materials or software
  • Remove any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices
  • Disrupt our networks, servers, or services
  • Transmit harassing, indecent, obscene, fraudulent, or unlawful material

  1. Accounts and Registration

Some services require you to create an account (for example, on Kajabi for course access).

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. You agree to notify us immediately if you become aware of any unauthorized use.

We may suspend or terminate your account if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms.

  1. Purchases and Payments

Pricing
All prices are displayed on our website at the time of purchase and are quoted in the specified currency (typically SEK or EUR). Prices include or exclude VAT as indicated.

Payment processing
Payments are processed securely through Stripe. We do not store your full payment card details. By making a purchase, you agree to Stripe’s terms of service.

Payment plans
Where payment plans are offered, you agree to complete all scheduled payments. Access continues as long as payments are current.

Corporate invoicing
Corporate training and consulting services are invoiced separately under individually agreed contracts.

  1. Refund Policy

Refund requests are handled on a case‑by‑case basis. If you are unsatisfied, contact contact@becomeyourbestversion.com within 14 days of purchase.

For group programs with limited seats (such as Lead UP Masterminds), enrollment may prevent another participant from joining. This is considered when reviewing refund requests after a program has started.

Digital products and downloadable content are non‑refundable once accessed or downloaded, in accordance with EU consumer rights.

  1. Coaching and Program Services

Nature of services
Our coaching and development services are professional development services. They are not therapy, counseling, medical, legal, or financial advice. We do not diagnose, treat, or prescribe.

Your responsibility
Results depend on your engagement and effort. We do not guarantee specific outcomes such as promotions, salary increases, or organizational changes.

Session cancellation and rescheduling (individual coaching)
You may cancel or reschedule up to 24 hours before the session. Late cancellations or no‑shows are deducted from your package and not rescheduled.

Session recording
Sessions are recorded only with your explicit permission and are used solely for participant benefit.

  1. Confidentiality

Our commitment
All information shared during coaching, mastermind sessions, assessments, and related interactions is treated as confidential unless disclosure is required by law or authorized by you in writing.

Group programs
Participants agree to keep all shared personal, professional, or business information confidential outside the group.

Exceptions
Disclosure may occur if required by Swedish law, court order, or regulatory authority. Separate NDAs may be agreed upon where required.

  1. Intellectual Property

Our content
All website materials, course content, frameworks, and program materials are the intellectual property of BYBV AB or used under license.

Your license
You are granted a limited, personal, non‑transferable, non‑exclusive license for personal professional development use only.

Third‑party licensed materials
Some materials are licensed from third parties, including Maxwell Leadership and Cialdini Institute, and may not be reproduced or distributed.

Your content
If you submit testimonials, comments, or feedback, you grant us a non‑exclusive, royalty‑free license to use it for marketing unless you state otherwise.

  1. Disclaimers

All websites and materials are provided “as is.” To the extent permitted by law, BYBV AB makes no warranties regarding accuracy, reliability, or suitability.

Content is for general informational and professional development purposes only and does not constitute personalized professional advice.

  1. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by Swedish and EU law, BYBV AB is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

EU consumers retain mandatory consumer protection rights in their country of residence.
