What you'll get:
Being a lot more collaborative with the people that work for me that helps them relay the message to their employees. It also helps me, us, develop a plan that is going to work for everybody and is not just, "Hey, this is... We don't want to continue to push it downhill, saying this is your job, this is what you need to do," all the way down to the frontline employee. We want to make sure that we've got buy-in from everyone, and that change becoming more collaborative has helped make those changes a lot easier.

I've looked at other departments differently and been more willing to work with each other, get an understanding of how other managers and leaders feel, how my department affects those. And then the other biggest change is just actually really focusing on my people, my employees, and how can I help them and not be so quick to judge. Seeking out feedback before making a decision or rolling out a change.

I've been doing a lot more reflection. I've started doing nightly reflections and journaling, which I email to myself. And so I have it the next day of, like, takeaways, because I've learned that's how my brain works.
