When we think about fighting, the first thing that comes to mind is a competition, and what games have in common is that one side wins and for that side to win, the other side has to lose. That’s our programming, we fight to win, and most of the time, that means that someone else loses. The challenge I have for you today is to shift your thinking from fighting against something to fighting for something.
