If You Are The Best In Class, You're Probably In The Wrong Class

John Maxwell says that if you are the best in the class you are in the wrong class. In the same way, if you’re the sharpest in the room, you’re probably in the wrong room because you are not challenged and you are not growing. It might be comfortable but it is a bad place to be. So the question all of us should ask ourselves, in which area of my life do I need to up-level my game? Where do I need to find a bigger “room” and better players?
