Is this as good as it gets?

This is one of those topics that I could write about all day every day.  Goal setting, goal achieving, goals goals goals!

We all have goals. Each and every one of us.

Some of us think we gave up a long time ago and don’t have any but we do. Every day we wake up with the goal to live another day. Ok, maybe that is a stretch but don’t we all have goals to some extent?

And why is it so important to have goals?

The most successful people on this planet didn’t wake up one day with an idea and a few minutes later after they got dressed became successful…

No way.

They had an idea and they developed a plan. Within that plan there were goals – some big, some little – some attainable, some way out there.

And each day, they worked at it – chipping away, having triumphs and failures along the way but tweaking and re-evaluating and working toward goals.

Goals!

We have had goals from the day we were born. Sit up. Crawl. Walk. Talk. Feed ourselves. Dress ourselves. Express ourselves. Make friends. Learn. Communicate. Develop relationships. Learn a skill.  Get a job. Get married.  Have a family. Buy a car. Buy a house. Take a vacation…. Many of these things are milestones that we can only achieve with a plan of action and goal setting.

Goals are objectives that you intend to achieve.

Going through life without goals is like getting in your car and driving aimlessly expecting to arrive at your destination without a clue how to get there.

If you had a roadmap or a GPS, you could have gotten there in a reasonable amount of time, but because you just drove and drove – maybe you will eventually get there but at what cost?

How much time and energy did you waste because you didn’t take a couple of minutes to punch in the destination in your GPS?

Moving through life without a roadmap and expecting to reach certain milestones haphazardly is certainly one way to go but if you want to get somewhere quickly and with less energy and time, then set goals, work towards them and you will find yourself exactly where you wanted to be.

Goals give purpose to our lives, they make us jump out of bed in the morning.

You see, my life was pretty normal for the first 30 years. Pretty ordinary actually.

I grew up in the countryside Romania, I got married at a young age, I started smoking, drinking. I was overweight and stuck in a job that I disliked, striving and striving without making any real progress... and just asking myself, "Is this as good as it gets? Is this all there is to life?"

You might have asked yourself the same question... is this as good as it gets, isn’t it?

And then by chance, I received an invitation to join an experimental retreat called Your Turning Point let by a guy called Paul Martinelli, and I got around a group of people who thought differently than I thought and who encouraged me to think differently... and critically got me to see myself differently.

And as I began to do that, over the course of a few years, every area of my life changed. And changed significantly.

Now, in the beginning, when I started I heard them say to me, "Florin you can have anything you want. If you know what you want, we can show you how to get it. You can have anything you want."

And I asked myself, "Can I really? I mean, really?"

I mean, I can see how this would work for them. I mean, they were confident, charismatic people. They were successful people, but I had issues. I had problems, real problems.

"Would it really work for somebody like me?"

But I said, "Listen, what do you have to lose? You’re unhappy anyway? Your marriage is broken, you have debt, you’re unhappy with your job... Why don’t you give it a try?"

So I did.

And it worked far better than I ever imagined. And I become really passionate about sharing these ideas with people

And over the last few years, we shared these principles with thousands of people from over 50 different countries around the world. It became my passion, and I take real joy in helping other people.

And that’s what I wanted to talk to you about at the Life on Purpose seminar.

So this seminar is for you if you’re struggling in some area of your life like I was. Or maybe you’re not struggling but you’re not getting the results that you know you’re capable of, that you know frankly you should be getting.

Like I’ve said, at the beginning of applying the system I will share with on the Life on Purpose seminar, I didn’t even really expect it to work, but I set some really big goals anyway.

I wanted to be financially independent.

I wanted to live in the dream home in Sweden.

I wanted to improve my relationship with my wife and have a baby or two.

I wanted to lose weight, I wanted to be healthy.

In every area of my life basically, I set some big goals.

And these were some big goals, cause I was living with my wife in a tiny 35 square meters one-room rental apartment in the middle of nowhere... so this was quite a stretch.

And one by one, not overnight, but through an orderly sequence of growth, they all came to fruition.

Well, all except one 😊 there’s one that seems to be difficult, but I’ll tell you more about that one at the seminar. But all the others came to fruition. One by one.

And we’re living beyond our dreams.

Now, obviously, to change your whole life, to make a change like this it is gonna take more than what we can cover in a 45-minutes seminar, isn’t it?

There’s more to it than that…

But what I wanted to do at the seminar, is give you something of real value that even if we never see each other again, this is something that you can take and that’s gonna make a difference in your life.

So, book your spot here: https://www.becomeyourbestversion.com/lop

I hope to see you there.

Make it a fantastic Sunday!

Warmly,
Florin
