Here is where Florin shares what he's learning on his entrepreneurial career so you too can draw upon his experience.
Tune in for a video from the exotic of La Reunion as I share one of the mistakes I've made and many of us make when thinking about what it is that we want in life.
When asked this question, many people answer with a negative-positive, "I don't want to struggle financially anymore," or "I don't want a job where people tell what to do."
What they're doing is they're holding in their mind an image of the thing they don't want, and since we think in pictures and we tend to create those pictures we most often held in our minds, they're surprised when they get exactly that which they don't want.
The key here is to think in positive pictures, so instead of saying what you don't want, you could say "I want to be financially secured", "I want a job where I grow and thrive." And hold that image in your mind as my mentor, Paul Martinelli says.
Last week on Friday we put Gothenburg on the global Leadership map through the premiere broadcast of the Live2Lead global event.
This year's speakers line-up was the best we had until now and one of the speakers was Chris Hogan who is a leading voice in the field of creating wealth and financial freedom. He is the most sought-after speaker on Dave Ramsey's team and here is what he shared at Live2Lead that resonated with me.
Back in October 2012, I was a freshly appointed team leader for a team of engineers in the R&D department of a well known (French ) car company in Romania.
Along with every manager in the organization, I was invited to our annual management conference at Auditorium Pallady, one of the top events centers in Bucharest.
I was very excited to be part of the conference and hungry to learn and grow.
When I stepped into the eight hundred seat auditorium and looked at the nice stage and the red seats we're gonna occupy, I knew this is gonna be transformational for me.
And it was. But not for what happened at the event but for what I did after it.
An event is a great catalyst, is a kick-starter but in order to create a sustainable change we need to engage in a process.
At that event back in 2012 among the usual stuff corporations do at their management conferences, our CEO at the time, Sorin Buse, a Romanian who lived in Canada where he got introduced to John Maxwell,...

Looking back at my life over last three years, one of the first things that come to mind that I wish I've learned back then is that the first thing I need to achieve anything is self-confidence and instead of looking for skills to add to my portfolio I should have focused on building my confidence from the inside out.
Tune in and learn why I wish I've learned this three years ago and discover three ways I built my confidence so you don't make the same mistakes I've made to go for the next course, the next certification, the next program as they would be the solution o all my problems.
It is Friday again and if you haven't taken the time to join us on Wednesday evening for a moment of reflection upon some of the things you habitually do, perhaps your Friday isn't so much different than last Friday and the Friday before it, and the Friday before that...
The truth is we live our lives unconsciously on autopilot doing the same things we've always gotten and experiencing the same results as we've always experienced unless we take the time to stop and reflect upon our actions and from where have we gotten them.
Where have I learned from that exercising is important for a slim body? Where have I learned from that fats are bad for my health and I should eat skimmed milk and skimmed yogurt?
Who's opinion is this that to coach someone in an executive position in an automotive company I need to have years of experience in the automotive field? It is certainly not mine. But is the popular opinion about coaching and want it or not, it affects my result if I adopt...
Tune in for this week's Intentional Growth message and learn how to develop consistency in your growth so you stay on track.
Drop-in for a short mindset shift video on a shift that I've made between focusing on results to focusing on activity and evaluating my day based on how many seeds I saw rather than the fruits I reap.
Here is how I approach my twelve-week goals and stay motivated to do the work that enabler me to reach my goals faster.
Thank you for tunning in this morning on the Grow Intentionally Monday morning show and in case you've missed, here is the recording.
This morning was all about the idea of seeing value in ourselves to add value to ourselves and this is true inside the personal growth area as it is in any other area of your life.
In 2005 I was in the third year in college. At the time I've just married Florina and we were living and studying in Craiova, Romania and as a young couple still in college, supply was limited so we often went to the flea market to dress. There were vendors selling used clothes and shoes dumped by the germans, collected by gypsy merchants, brought to Romania and sold in the second-hand markets all around the country.
And we went there to pay 10 euros for a used Nike T-shirt instead of buying a new one for 20 euros or a new one from a cheaper brand for the same 10 euros. There were stores in the city that we never step into 'cause we thought they are too...
