Here is where Florin shares what he's learning on his entrepreneurial career so you too can draw upon his experience.
How do you see people? Do you invest in them and see them as an asset or do you see them as replaceable resources?
The best way to see that is by how much you invest in them and how you treat them.

Don’t try to be right. Seek to do the right thing.
Many years ago, in my first leadership position, I had to make a hard decision between punishing one of my team members for something I didn’t believe he did and potentially losing my job. Although it was one of the hardest decisions to make, I couldn’t stand the thought that I didn’t do the right thing, so I risked my security for the right thing. If I would be in the same situation, I will certainly do it again. Don’t seek to be right; seek the right thing.
When we think about fighting, the first thing that comes to mind is a competition, and what games have in common is that one side wins and for that side to win, the other side has to lose. That’s our programming, we fight to win, and most of the time, that means that someone else loses. The challenge I have for you today is to shift your thinking from fighting against something to fighting for something.
Where in your life or business, do you use language patterns like “us and them,” “ours and theirs?” That’s where you have the opportunity to change your thinking, and instead of looking for what separates you from them, look for what do you have in common. What bring you together?
The Biggest Killer Of Success Is Distractions. How do you cope with the volume of distractions that surround us in today's world?
Here are some ideas of what I do, it might help you too if you chose to implement them.
The other day I heard someone saying that every crisis has three phases and that there is a denial phase at the beginning, a kind of adaptation phase in the middle, and a reinvention phase. I believe most people have passed the denial phase and are adapting to the situation, but they’re still attached to the “old normal” and ask themselves when we would be able to travel again the way we used to? Part of me is there too. I dream about the smell of freshly baked croissants filling my nose staws on an autumn morning wandering on the narrow pedestrian streets of Paris...
The challenge is being less attached to the way things were and reinventing ourselves in the new normal. If you can do it, you’ll thrive in the months and years to come.
But where are you now? Comment below. Are you adapting or reinventing?
The one thing that this whole pandemic taught me is to slow down. I was the guy going 200 miles/hour, having back-to-back meetings every single day, running from a place to the next, driving around the city, always focused on the next thing.
While there are times to do that, that’s not a sustainable way for anyone. I wouldn’t be around for long if I would keep doing things that way. Taking the time to pause helped me reconsider my priorities and the way I invest my time.
What did you learn from COVID? What’s one positive change you see in your life?
You can have the best ideas in the world, but if you don’t create a plan to put them into action, they’ll never be more than just ideas. We all know that one good idea has the potential to change the trajectory of our business, but that’s only true if we act upon it, and we apply it.
Where in your life or business do you need to put some ideas into action? What’s one thing you could do now?
Many times we get so attached to the way we want things to play out in our lives that when things don't seem to play out the way we want, we say, "it doesn't work for me." But what if the absence of evidence is not the evidence of absence? One thing I learn the hard way is that disappointments come from attachments.
